- Bookings are by appointment only and subject to availability, for a minimum of six guests, or minimum booking value.

- The tour of the saltworks is a guided outdoor and indoor walking tour taking approximately 30 - 40 minutes.
- There will be some uneven ground, gravel, and potentially weather exposure
- Seating is available on request
- There is an accessible toilet at the Saltworks and at the Mayfield Cellar Door
- The tasting session is seated and follows the tour. The tasting duration depends on the experience you have booked.

- The saltworks is located at 97 Mayfield Jetty Road, Little Swanport, TAS 7190.
- Children under 10 years of age are welcome to join free of charge without the need to book but please advise numbers in the comments section.
- If you would like your child to partake in the Salt Sommelier tasting please purchase a child ticket for them.
- If you require a vegetarian, pescatarian or gluten free pairing menu please select this option when booking. For other individual dietary requirements please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate them.
